The Marketing and Brand Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry conducted another "Think" Lecture Series with Mr. Jaideep Nandi, Managing Director Bajaj Consumer Care on the 28th of June 2021 over the virtual platform. Mr. Nandi shared his game-changing Marketing and Brand Management experiences across different markets globally with Mr. Anoop Hoon, Chairperson, Marketing and Brand Committee of The Bengal Chamber. Speaking about his initial days with Asian Paints and how he grew along with the organization, Mr. Nandi shared on the strategies that were implemented and the different products that were launched by Asian Paints based on Research and market feedback which led to the success of the organization. He also went on to share his experience during his Asian Paint days in Kolkata, and the various roles that he enjoyed with Asian Paints before he moved in as the SAP Project Leader which according to Mr. Nandi was the best assignment of his career. In the next 14 years of his career, he moved outside the country in a General Management role. Mr. Nandi came back to India in 2014 taking on a joint venture and setting up the entire project, which was an experience in itself.
