The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with The Analysis Company (TAC) Academy have organized a workshop on “HR and Team Development Practices for The Next Normal” through online mode.  The eight hour training session divided into four hours of each training module on 24th of May and 25th of May 2021. The workshop on HR and Team Development Practices for The Next Normal had a systematic approach geared towards streamlining HR & Team Development practices in the Next Normal focusing on delivering long term sustainable synergies between team members and streamlining HR practices for maximum advantage.

The workshop trainer Ms. Kamakshi Kumar is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified by WABCO Automotive Academy at Hannover, Germany. She holds a Dual Degree MBA from Purdue University, USA and Leibniz University, Germany and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University, USA. She is the founder of The Analysis Company (TAC) Academy.
